The Home School Association is made up of parents and guardians of students enrolled at Saint Stephen School. Its aims are to promote family life, to facilitate communication between home and school, and to build a partnership of learning between the home and the school.
Each class is represented by one or two parents and thsee people meet monthly to discuss upcoming fundraisers and events. They are known as the Class Reps. This group is part of the Home School Association.
The objectives of the Association are:
- To promote the spiritual and educational values of the home and the school in a program of Catholic Child training.
- To encourage the home and school to a greater degree of cooperation in discharging their respective responsibilities.
- To promote a clear understanding of the mutual responsibilities of parents and teachers.
- To conduct supportive activities designed to enhance the fiscal and academic resources of Saint Stephen School.
